Here are five basketball drills to help you improve your ball-handling skills.

Two Ball Dribbling Drill

This drill is great for developing coordination and control. To do the drill, grab two basketballs and start dribbling them in alternate hands. As you do this, focus on keeping your head up and your eyes on the court. After a few minutes, try to increase your speed or do the drill with one hand.

Crossover Drill

This drill is designed to help you develop your crossover dribble. Start by dribbling the ball in one hand, then quickly switch hands and dribble in the other direction. Make sure to keep your head up and your eyes on the court. Try to do the drill as quickly as possible and focus on controlling the ball with your fingers.

Figure 8 Drill

This drill is great for developing your ball-handling skills. Start by dribbling the ball in a figure 8 pattern around your legs. As you do this, focus on keeping your head up and your eyes on the court. As you get better, try to increase your speed and do the drill with one hand. Practice this drill often enough, and you might beat Kyrie Irving one day!

Reverse Dribble Drill

To become as skilled as Allen Iverson, you might want to practice drills that can enhance your speed on the court. Reverse dribble drill is designed to improve your ability to quickly switch hands while dribbling. Start by dribbling the ball in one hand and then quickly switch to the other hand. As you do this, focus on keeping your head up and your eyes on the court. Try to do the drill as quickly as possible.

Wall Ball Drill

To shoot the ball the way Stephen Curry does, try practicing the Wall Ball drill. This drill is great for developing your coordination and control. To do the drill, start by throwing the ball against the wall and catching it with one hand. As you do this, focus on keeping your head up and your eyes on the court. Then try to increase your speed or do the drill with both hands.

These are just a few basketball drills that you can use to improve your ball-handling skills. Be sure to practice regularly and focus on keeping your head up and your eyes on the court. With enough practice, you’ll be able to take on your opponents with ease!
